Hello,
Troy and Nate here, co-owners of SoundWorks Studios, LLC. We're very glad you have taken the time to click over and read this!
For us, music isn't a just job or a lifestyle- it is a fundamental part of who we are. We pride ourselves on being a small, homegrown music studio that seeks to form meaningful relationships with every single student, family, and recording artist. After personally experiencing the many pitfalls of traditional music instruction, we have come to realize that how you learn to play music is just as important as what material you are learning; and who you learn it from can have a profound influence on your life (for better or for worse).
Today, we are proud to have guided and mentored more than 200 students along their musical journeys. There is no better feeling than working with a student for years, helping them prepare for their first talent show, then then seeing him or her receive their first album credit or national touring gig. We prioritize working hard AND having LOTS OF FUN during the lessons, but we remember that some of our most important personal mentors have been our music teachers over the years. We realize that we have the potential to influence a lot more than someone's drumming; we do not take this responsibility lightly.
Because of this, we have made it our personal mission to provide the Twin Cities with a music resource centered around pairing good students with wonderful, highly capable teachers. Ask a current student and they'll tell you that our quality and service cannot be beat!
